We encourage Buyer Facilitators to secure their interest by means of an MOU between the facilitators and their Buyer to secure  their compensation in the transaction. The facilitators at this point must step aside and allow the Buyer and the Refinery to engage directly and close the business transaction successfully.

For the facilitators convenience since we value their effort in bringing real buyers forward and want them to feel their interest are protected, we are making available on the link below a sample MOU template as a guide for them .

We want to make it clear that the Buyer does not pay commissions to the facilitators. The Buyer pays the gross price for product to the refinery and the refinery will in turn pay the buyside commission to the paymaster listed on the MOU signed between the Buyer and its facilitators. The paymaster listed on the MOU assigned to receive the buyside commission will be included on the IMFPA that will be  signed by the buyer when indicated in the procedure.
